Ethane Manufacturing Facility: The proposed ethane manufacturing facility will receive ethane via pipeline from Enterprise’s Mont Belvieu facility. The pipeline is not part of this application. The ethane feed goes through a manufacturing process to remove impurities in order to meet product specifications required for ship loading. Impurities are removed from the facility feed through filtration, carbon dioxide removal, sulfur removal and/or fractionation.
